The sale price indicated on the online product listing is the price of the product during this period. These prices will be in effect from 14th to 16th November 2019, and will not be honoured outside these dates. This promotion is not available at independent stockists.

Sale price is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. This includes and is not limited to: birthday coupons, review coupons, professional coupons.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
20% OFF full priced products
Store credits & returns are available for products that are 20% OFF their full price. They must comply with our standard returns policy.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING DELAYS
Processing & Handling
During this period, please allow up to 10 business days for warehouse processing and handling of your order.
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and are subject to their delivery estimates. All International orders are shipped via Australia Post third party couriers and are subject to their delivery estimates. All online orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Brisbane. Express shipping is not available during this time.
Stock available at the Pop-Up will be from our SS19 collection plus select core styles. We aim to have plenty of stock available for the duration of the Pop-Up, however once a style is sold out, it is sold out. If for any reason, we are sold out of your size, we will do our best to organise this to be delivered for free to your home, pending stock availability. We are unable to hold floor stock for any reason. Our team will be as vigilant as they can to update stock levels throughout the day.
Our entire collection will be available online to shop during the Pop-Up, pending stock availability. Once sold out, it is sold out. Please note items included in your online cart are not held stock and inventory may be sold before you complete the purchase process. No rain checks for styles that are restocked in future. We are unable to accept phone orders. Our phone lines will be available for customers needing fitting and styling help during this time.
