With the current status of COVID-19 and the impact it may continue to have, we want to reassure you that we are doing what we can to look after the health and safety of our staff and all customers that come into our stores.

We have been advised to close both our Brisbane & Sydney concept stores until further notice. We will bring you any updates and will be sure to reopen as soon as we have permission to do so.

Our online store is supported by our wonderful team. We are putting in place processes to enable our team to continue to support our online store in health and safety.

We will continue to offer you free worldwide shipping and free returns within Australia, enabling you to shop with confidence and ease from where you feel comfortable and safe.

We will continue to follow carefully the recommendations from the World Health Organisation & Australian Government in regards to our employees working to service you.  

We will keep you up to date with any changes we may need to make at our Concept Stores, HQ & warehouse.

We are well placed and well informed to be sure we move as quickly as need be to support our staff and customers.

If you are unable to reach our landline on 1300 721 898, an alternative number can be called on 0418 167 381 (with the same available hours as above).  
 
Our Customer Service representatives are available online for chat from 7am - 9pm (Mon-Fri) ,
9am - 6pm (Sat & Sun).
 
We will continue to update this should there
be any other changes.
