Health Professional - Chloe Taifalos
We’re huge fans of physiotherapists, our designer is one! What was it that made you want to be a physiotherapist?
I had always known I would pursue a career in the health industry
What is your favourite part of being a physiotherapist?
I work in paediatrics and am so fortunate to go to work every day looking forward to seeing beautiful children and being able to help them live their life to the best of their ability! Working in a regional hospital means I have to be a jack of all trades across acute respiratory, orthopaedic, neuro and developmental delay – I love the diversity and every day is a challenge!
What are the most common foot problems you see in your female patients?
In the outpatient setting a see a lot of young girls present complaining of painful flat feet, muscular imbalances and age-specific conditions like severs disease.
What features of FRANKiE4 do you think could benefit your female patients?
The customisable inserts make It ideal for patient-specific issues…I think the added bonus of not looking like ‘nanna shoes’ makes in an easier sell to those teenage girls too!
How did you like your FRANKiE4s?
Loved them! Pacing up and down the wards was like walking on clouds and they are so easy to take on and off which is important for me when working with babies on the ground.
In three words describe what FRANKiE4 means to you?
Funky, practical, supportive.
