We’re huge fans of physiotherapists, our designer is one! What was it that made you want to be a physiotherapist?
It's a fairly common one for people who become physios really. I spent a lot of time at the Physio as a teenager rehabilitating from a knee injury. I really enjoyed my experience and decided that, that was what I wanted to do.... Help people recover from injury.
What is your favourite part of being a physiotherapist?
I love seeing people reach their goals, be that on the sporting field, office or home life. The look on people's faces when they've got some relief from their injury is very rewarding.
What are the most common foot problems you see in your female patients?
Working in a sports clinic I have seen quite a lot of bony stress fractures from running or over-training.
What features of FRANKiE4 do you think could benefit your female patients?
A big part of people getting better is being able to unload the injured area. Given that FRANKiE4 have multiple inserts for the perfect fit means that the injury can be unloaded to some extent even when you have to be on your feet. Sometimes with the mention of orthotics people cringe because they picture big chunky shoes to try and fit them into but when I show them FRANKiE4's they are immediately more interested!
How did you like your FRANKiE4s?
I am on my feet most of the day and love my ELLiE's they are really comfy, support me well and they look great!
In three words describe what FRANKiE4 means to you?
Comfort, adaptability and style.
