What is your returns policy if I buy from FRANKiE4?

If they don't fit, will you help?

First things first – we want you to love your FRANKiE4s. We’ve designed them for you to love them!

Secondly – our FRANKiE4 Customer Service team (for purchases via our online store) is the best of the best.

We’ll always try to make sure the style you have selected fits just right, but sometimes – despite our Custom Fit options – certain styles and some feet just aren’t a good fit. Our expert team can offer advice on a more suitable style for your foot shape and needs. Or perhaps you’ve changed your mind. No matter the reason, we’re happy to offer an exchange, online credit or refund for any non-sale items bought via our online store within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in as-new condition.

What is the returns policy if I buy from an independent stockist?

If you have purchased your FRANKiE4s from an independent stockist, please contact the store you purchased your footwear from so they can manage your enquiry.


What is the delivery time for an online order?

For Australian Online Orders: Please allow 2-6 business days* in metro areas, and up to 10 business days* in regional areas. 

For International Online Orders: Please see our international deliveries page for more information.

Can I track my order?

For orders heading to Australian addresses, you can! All orders are sent using the Australia Post E-Parcel service. After Australia Post has recieved your pracel from our warehouse, Australia Post will send you a tracking information & number to your provided email. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery a representative will leave a card for you detailing instructions on pickup from the nearest post office. Providing a corporate address for delivery is always more reliable.

What country sizing does FRANKiE4 use?

FRANKiE4 Footwear is based on standard US sizing. There are more US sizes than EU sizes, which means you can get a better fit.

Fitting wide feet?

Wide feet woes? Not anymore!

Included in every box of FRANKiE4s (excluding sandals) is a fitting pack! Simply remove the full-length footbed and replace with the thinner or ½ length footbed, and hey presto, you’ll instantly feel the benefits of additional space for your feet!

Shoes still feel a little tight? You also have the option of wearing them without any footbed at all. Our shoes are so jam-packed with cushioning, you'll feel it even without any footbed at all.

Fitting narrow feet?

Narrow feet frustrations? Not anymore!

Included in every box of FRANKiE4s (excluding sandals) is a fitting pack!

Simply remove the full-length footbed and place one or two forefoot cushions in the front of the shoe, then replace the footbed. Immediately you will feel a snugger fit, plus you get bonus cushioning! You’ll soon feel like you are walking on clouds/marshmallows/super-soft-thing. Score!

My heel is stepping out the back of the shoe. Do I have the right size?

Firstly, try putting the forefoot cushions under the full length footbed. This will help secure the forefoot, which in turn minimises heel movement. It is also important to ensure the laces or straps are done up properly to secure the shoe to the foot.

If this hasn’t assisted you may need to go down a half or full size.

The shoe feels too tight or not deep enough?

If you’re happy with the length but the shoe feels too tight, too narrow, or not deep enough, we have an easy solution! Included in every box of FRANKiE4s (excluding sandals) is a fitting pack!

Simply remove the full-length footbed and replace with the thinner or half-length footbed, and hey presto, you’ll instantly feel the benefits of additional space for your feet!

Shoes still feel a little tight? You also have the option of wearing them without any footbed at all. Our shoes are so jam-packed with cushioning, you'll feel it even without utilising our fabulous Functional Footbed.

Can I put my orthotics in FRANKiE4 sandals?

We want our sandals to look... well… beautiful! An orthotic-friendly sandal can become quite 'chunky', so to keep our sandals looking sleek, our designer (who is also a podiatrist) has cleverly built- in to our sandals all the support and cushioning you'd get from our Functional Footbed. Do the shoes 'give' with wear?  

FRANKiE4s are made with high-quality leathers. Any natural material, like leather, will conform and mould to areas that are under pressure. So yes, the shoes will give and mould like any leather shoe.

I have bunions, will FRANKiE4 be suitable for me?

The dreaded 'b-word'… Bunions!

Bunions don’t scare us in the least because we have the equivalent of bunion kryptonite. Included in every box of FRANKiE4s (excluding sandals) is a fitting pack!

The solution is to simply remove the full-length footbed from the shoe your bunion will be living in, with the thinner footbed or half-length footbed.

Due to the soft materials, and leather uppers, FRANKiE4s are not suitable for off-track walking and are not waterproof.

 

DOES FRANKiE4 MAKE SHOES RESPONSIBLY?

Is FRANKiE4 doing the right thing?

Yes! Ethical and responsible making is just as important to us as it is to you, it aligns with our brand ethos. 

FRANKiE4 is an Australian owned family company. Our footwear is made in Vietnam with a highly regarded and respected company that make quality footwear responsibly. FRANKiE4 owners, Caroline and Alan McCulloch, have a strong relationship with our supplier and are often on-site to oversee the production process. 
 

How are the workers treated? What are their working conditions like?

Our supplier is very respected in the footwear industry. They adhere to the government law for wages, salary benefits, safety, emergency response training and environment protection. 

Our supplier have, and welcome, routine audits for their customers (us!) by 3rd party audit companies every year. 

Some key points about our supplier:

  • Our supplier does NOT use child labour.
  • Our supplier pays all their workers fairly.
  • Our supplier complies with local labour laws on wages, salary benefits, social benefits, working hours, conditions, and insurances. 

     
How does FRANKiE4's production affect the environment? Do you recycle?

We sure do! At FRANKiE4 HQ in Brisbane, we recycle all our packaging cardboard, paper, shrink wrap and plastic. 
 
We're proud of how our Vietnamese supplier operates environmentally. They enforce and adhere to a strict company policy on environmental protection. They recycle the leather, plastic, paper and cartons they work with, and have a legal waste water treatment vendor to collect and clean the water every month. 
 
 
Do the companies produce the goods in a fair and responsible manner?

It's important to us that all FRANKiE4 leather products come from reputable companies. We buy from New Zealand, Italy, India, Pakistan and China.
Our leather vendors are required to test the items of banned substances. The chemical vendors also have the same test.
