Delivery Online Purchases

We offer FREE & FAST fast shipping Australia wide for orders over $100! All online orders are picked and processed from our Queensland warehouse, and are shipped by Australia Post.

Delays

Please note: Our warehouse is experiencing a very high volume of orders at this time. Please allow 5-6 business days for your order to be processed, plus extended Australia Post delivery times. Note this processing time also applies if you select express shipping option.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY NOTICE: Our warehouse will be closed Monday 1st October - please note no orders will be processed on this day. 

Standard Delivery:

Please allow 1-2 business days for warehouse processing and handling. (Please note our warehouse is based in Queensland and observes all state public holidays.) Once dispatched from our warehouse and received by Australia Post, please allow 2-6 business days* for delivery in metro areas, and up to 10 business days* for delivery in regional areas. Australia Post will notify you via email with a tracking number to follow your order.

Express Delivery:

Express shipping does not guarantee same day dispatch, please allow 1-2 business days for warehouse processing and handling. Once dispatched from our warehouse and received by Australia Post, please allow 1 business day* for delivery in metro areas. Australia Post will notify you via email with a tracking number to follow your order.

Returns Online Purchases

First things first – we want you to love your FRANKiE4s. We’ve designed them for you to love! Secondly – our FRANKiE4 Customer Service team is the best of the best. (For purchases through our online store)

We’ll always try to make sure the style you have selected fits just right, but sometimes – despite our Custom Fit options – certain styles and some feet just aren’t a good fit. Our expert team can offer advice on a more suitable style for your foot shape and needs. Or perhaps you’ve changed your mind. No matter the reason, we’re happy to offer an online credit note or refund for any non-sale item bought via our online store within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in as-new condition.

If you are wanting to exchange your shoes for an alternative style or size, we’ll issue you with a credit note and you can easily repurchase your preferred size/style via our website.

How to Send Returns

Please note you must have access to a printer to generate a return. 

We ask that you try on the shoes inside to keep them in as-new condition until you have picked your sole mate. If they still don’t give you a spring in your step, we’ll happily pay the return shipping on non-sale items.

When returning your shoes please ensure;

1. The shoes are in an unworn, as new condition and within 30 day period of receiving the order. 
2. All packaging and components are included. (E.g. Custom Fit components, fabric tissue, alternate laces)
3. Your returns slip is included with all fields filled out. If you've misplaced yours you can download and print a new returns slip here.
4. The shoebox is wrapped in an external packaging, like wrapping paper. Shoeboxes taped shut will not be accepted.

Returning at our Concept Stores

At this stage, we do not accept returns purchased via our online store at our Concept Stores.
